One of our trips into the Dales , We stayed three days and just walked and took pictures no driving around. A beautiful part of the dales with moor waterfalls and old barns even on mine workings. This is a 6 frame stitch.
This is a treat, especially the large version! The quality of the picture simply is perfect and it's a realy joy to have a hike with the eyes here. The diagonal of the stream leading to the background is a wonderful feature in the composition and the warm sidelight of the low sun adds a very special atmosphere in the whole scenery and it enhanced the colours. A picture really to look at a bit longer. I like this one very much!
Greetings from springlike Germany!
An absolute perfect stitch, not a single trace of a flaw! The quality of the large version is breathtaking. It must be wonderful to hike in such surroundings.
I thought that the main post was restricted to 800 px on the large side? I am not complaining, just wondering (:~)).
Hello Rob, Just wrote a long post here and then decided to go back and look at those almost golden rocks in the stream or creek in the Pano. OC I came back and all was gone.
You show parts of England I have never seen. I think I have been to London at least six times over the years and of course Southampton to catch a ship or return from a cruise. This picture has such a rural and pastoral look that you feel you must visit. this site.
Absolutely a place where time stands still as the stream goes on and on. One of your folks wrote something about this brook. " For men may come and men may go, but I go on forever". Maybe Tennyson?
Great pic. Regards, Roger

You where right it was form the Brook by Alfred Lord Tennyson.
Excellent capture! The panorama is full of nice details. I love to walk near a river like this.
The constructions of rocks are so typical from your part of the world! Very nice to see them.
How Irish was my first idea, but it seems that there are a lot of common parts on all British Isles, Rob. We need the large version to make this walk through the landscape and to touch the stone wall with our eyes, to listen to the creek and to feel the wet ground. Superb stitch of a soft valley, the water takes me through the scene.

The large version does justice to this great landscape. All the little details, from the rocks in the water till that little shed on the right. Great light too, with a nice sky with clouds. Excellent stitching, impressive view!
I looked at you're picture from my iphne when I was out for work. I found it breathtaking. But commenting from a small iphone screen was not easy.
From home I can ap^preciate even more the beautiful landscape. Green tones are stunning and this nature is so nice and fresh.
I love it
I have just commented on a stitch of Henk and now another - perfect! And the large version is gorgeous just I imagine the Dales. Makes me want to pull my walking shoes on now, but no must wait a couple of months. :)
