the aurora was also fainter but the combination with the light polluted red clouds and the deep blue sky was a nice combination.
I guess that even if I see mainly three colors, the palette is too much for the TOM? :)
I love the way you captured the curtains of green light against the very long blue hour sky and pink clouds. The snowy hills anchor the magnificent sky perfectly. Love the green "S" moving through the Northern skies ... slimy :-) The Aurora is such a fascinating phenomenon, something I would love to see one day with my own eyes sort of "this is true, it exists". Fantastic and also fascinating image. It needs the expert for such a photograph, we can even see the stars. It also needs endurance to make it through the night with - 5 and a windchill.
