Long story short: I want to enjoy photography and less depend on the "points" and how much others like my photos and what not. Thank you very much Pat and Frank for your encouraging words. Here it is again, Vanessa with her nephew. A series of 3 images.
And: Congrats Way, René & Tylor to your new member of the family. Love the name Ava. One day she will be like Vanessa in these images being a great friend or maybe good aunt to someone.
This is a charming series. I would personnally link it to yellow theme because yellow is so important in these composition.
You always do well with street view scene & everyday life scenes including people.
BabaCam (2018/10/28 09:42:57): Thanks ;-) I have linked it to the Yellow theme.
A well recognizable photo of yours, a photo with full of colours, an interesting composition and of course the big hug making the image. Street photography at its best. The yellows make this photo to perfectly fit to the theme.
The spontaneity oozes from this image. I am not sure what you changed during the re-upload but I prefer this version, fine street-photography
BabaCam (2018/10/29 08:27:45): No changes in the images :-) It was more of a frustration act deleting two images out of "Giving input with sometimes little response on the other hand". The usual - ha. But I try to change and do it just for myself, photography is my hobby and I have my style etc. etc.
Thank you, thank you again for the congrats. When we met in Zurich and we still were not sure if we will want to have another child, but here we are, Ava is here, she was our last chance. We tried twice before, the first one didn't take, the second one was a miscarriage, and she is our success story.
I love the spontaneous joy that transpires from this images, that kind of joy is priceless. People seeing each other after a long time apart or can just be for a couple of hours. When I leave Tyler to go to my yoga class and I came home, I get that same happiness expression in his face when he see me and he would hugs me like I've been gone forever and same when I pick him up at daycare..... That is the moment I'm living for everyday.....Thanks for sharing the joy.
I was guessing it was from the month of tenderness, but I see it's yellow but it would also fit February's TOM, have you any unused works. I see I did comment this, and you handled the repost well. I'm with you on points, comments are what I seek.
a nice flagrant of the joy and life in its best. I liked the smile, it is ever a light in our lives. I would cut the right side, concentrating action and colors and shapes more at left. but it is only an opinion.
PS: hot summer, it is raining at this moment.
