Back to late October, when there still was some colours in the trees. The main photo shows a view from a small beach Klobben in Soukka village. The beach was empty and I saw only a few people having a stroll around there. The big building on the right background is Villa Miniato. You can read more about it here. The small red building on the left is a café, which is open in summer.
The CI is taken from the other side from a path, which belongs to Espoo Waterfront Walkway.
You have some stunning scenery in your area. I checked on the map and note the water is the sea, but it looks like a lake.
Great use of the curving shoreline as lead-in.
We still have a few trees with leaves on!
Having a walk there must be really relaxing and enjoyable. I like how you included the wonderful curve of the little bay. Staying there or even living there must be great. It's hard to believe that this is the sea - and not a lake. All looks so peaceful.
Greetings from very autumnal Siegen! Have a nnice week!
It is kind of sad to see a beach without people enjoying the day when only a month or so back the beach would have been packed with picnicers and maybe even bathers enjoying the water and sun. Now a bit overcast, chilly, and dead leaves blowing on the wind - Sad, sad, sad
What a difference the light makes in this image and the Ci for Villa Miniato. I do like the way you place links to other pictures. Following through all the links I was able to piece together more about this waterfront from the pano, to the the two shots of the marina as well. Regards, Pat
