It was my last morning in Bristol, but I hadn't had time or chance to see its famous bridge, I took an urban bus and arrived in a place near and walked to the place. The bridge is a surprising view because the town isn't so hilly and this place looks so wild and it is located near the central part of the town. This bridge was concluded in 1864 above Avon river.
First time I saw this bridge in a book I was a kid and I never forgot it.
What a jungle, this looks almost like Brazil - haha. I have to agree with you, it looks wild and almost untouched. Great to have this near a big town. Definitely a great bridge. Interesting how one side sits on this rock, it all looks pretty adventerous.
By the way: You could add this to the new TOM - it is all about "Roads, trails and paths". It would fit perfectly.
What an impressive building - more thhan 150 years old! You photopraphed it from an advantageous angle showing wonderfully its height.
Greetings from very rainy and grey Germany! Have a nice week1
