Image réalisée dans le quartier de Georgetown à Washington. Les belles façades d'un quartier luxueux où a été tourné l'Exorciste ... Petit traitement différencié pour mieux faire sortir le contraste de la porte rouge.
An elegant house row and obviously made famous by a movie. I wonder if the shutters would close or if they're fake. In the States I have come over many that are just there for decoration :-) Interesting seeing the difference with your pp in the CI. I guess I prefer the main with a purer white.
Yes, an elegant section of town that has undergone gentrification in the last 40+ years. When I lived in DC Georgetown was kind of run down, but the buildings had good bones and people saw the real value in them and brought them back to life. Just as an aside, many districts in Washington were slums or almost slums in the 1960's and 1970's but now they are some of the most desirable districts to own property .
Lots of doors and windows here. Like our illustrious president, I prefer the close up version in the Ci, it has a more balanced feel.
PS: Now I see from your discussion with our illustrious president that the only difference between the two is that you de-saturated the main to achieve a more even colors. It is the kind of thing I would do, so I have to think again about my processing. I think I tend to over-process
