Here the point of view, this "looking over the shoulders" is inventive and somehow intriguing.
It causes a wonderful effect of "being there" for the viewer. In addition the contrast between the black silhouettes and the colourful background is stunning. A worth seeing photo! I also like all the pictures in your series. You obviously have an eye for this .... ;-)
Greetings from grey, wet and cool Germany!
I've always thought images of artwork, seem a bit like cheating. However, when you show the whole painting with the dark head silhouettes against the red well, it clearly relies on your own creativity. You chose the best for main. My second favorite is the pairing of the girl in the red skirt with the woman in the red dress. Somehow that bald head seems to mirror the abstract above, also. Another funny one is that person on the floor, so intent on capturing the scene on the wall that he/she isn't aware of the view from the back. Of the other two images of people wanting to have their own image of the art work I particularly like the expression on the face of the blond cameraman. The marble sculpture is most attractive image of artwork, yet the only person in the image has his back to the sculpture. Great series, I enjoyed it a lot.
Excellent series of images. I have often wondered why I carry my camera into and art museum as I never seem to take pictures of the art work, but you have shown how you can use the art as a backdrop to the images you make. I particularly like the main image. The strong colors of the art against the overly strong wall and just the silhouettes of the viewers makes for a splendid image. All of the other images in the series are well inspired as well. The main is PERFECT.
Fantastic series, Claude! I really like them all but my absolute favorite is #3. The abstract art reflecting its strong colors in the man's glasses, as well as the way you've cut much of the face off - I think it's fantastic. Great images!
WOW! Fantastic Series!
Each image is a little piece of art in its own! Very difficult to say which is better. They are all good.
Quite impressive how the colors of the walls are so bright. It requires a lot of courage and good sense of colors to do it that way!
