JMarc asked to see some photos of the condors in Colca Canyon so here are 3 images.
Colca Canyon is the home of many condors who live in caves in the canyon walls. The canyon is twice the depth of the Grand Canyon. The condors are most visible between 8-10AM, hence the need for a 3AM start for the bus trip. At that time of day the air is warming up which provides the best conditions for the condors to soar and glide. I was surprised to get a close up of one sitting close to the road before reaching the main viewing point.
You show us this impressive bird in three great photos and I like how you present it in its natural habitat. When gliding in the air its a really elegant and beautiful creature. You can be proud of all three photos!
