Sunrise image of the dramatic looking Jebel Misht (2090m), partially covered in haze, and its surrounding bottom. The little valley ahead was our camp spot overnight. A very strong wind and a heat of some 38 degrees Celsius gave us not a very pleasant night, but we were compensated with a radiant sunrise.
The rocks remind me the American South-West but something is not quite "right". I guess it is the light that is different, kind of warmer. The altitude is pretty high but I assume the area will never see snowfall :-)
The thin haze layer circling around the mountain looks fantastic, something you would never think of when you book a trip to Oman. Beautiful image, perfectly composed. The LV is a must-open.
